Dibsido connects with Microsoft Outlook to ensure every meeting room booking stays consistent across both platforms. With two-way sync enabled, bookings created in Dibsido appear in the correct Outlook room calendars, and any changes made in Outlook sync back automatically to Dibsido.
This integration keeps everyone aligned without manual duplication or double bookings. Users can check room availability and book directly from Outlook, while Dibsido maintains all workspace rules and approvals in the background.
Sync runs every 10–15 minutes, so both systems stay up to date with minimal delay. Before setup, make sure all users are added to Dibsido and room permissions are properly configured.
