Standards for the office

Working hours: 09:00–17:30. End-of-day clear time: 18:00.

  • Clear surfaces: Remove papers, notebooks, and devices from desks when leaving and by 18:00 daily.
  • Personal items: Allowed within limit.
  • Storage: Lockers available for all staff.
  • Printing: Secure-release printing (badge/PIN). Collect prints immediately; dispose of misprints in secure shredding consoles.
  • Disposal: Place confidential paper in secure shredding consoles; recycle non-confidential materials.
  • Screens: Lock screens when away and use privacy screens in open areas where appropriate.
  • Visitors: Follow site visitor procedures. Avoid displaying confidential materials in visitor areas.

Shared spaces & bookings

Meeting rooms, phone booths, and shared desks are booked through Dibsido. Leave spaces as you found them: remove materials, wipe whiteboards if sensitive, and take belongings when you leave.

Remote & hybrid work

  • Home standard: Clear work surfaces and store devices out of sight at the end of each day.
  • Lock devices; store company documents securely; avoid printing at home where possible.
  • Keep screens out of view of household members and visitors.

Monitoring & support

Monitoring approach: Random spot checks. The aim is education and support first.

  • Help & equipment: Ask IT for privacy screens, lock cables, or secure-print setup.
  • Security: Report concerns to site security or your manager promptly.
