Dibsido connects directly to Google Workspace, ensuring your meeting room bookings stay up to date across both systems. Every reservation made in Dibsido appears in the right Google room calendar — and every Google event shows up in Dibsido — so your team always sees real-time availability. No double bookings, no outdated invites, no switching between tools.
Syncing is handled by a dedicated Butler user, which securely reads and writes events between Google Workspace and Dibsido. Once connected, all changes sync automatically both ways.
To set it up, you’ll need a Google Workspace admin account, room resources configured in Google Calendar, and a dedicated Butler user for the sync process.
