This functionality ensures that only confirmed reservations remain active by automatically canceling unconfirmed bookings. Employees can confirm their arrival through the app upon entering the office, and if they forget, their reservation will be released for others to use. Email notifications keep everyone informed about reservation statuses, ensuring smooth and efficient workspace management.
You can enable the Check-in feature in the desk or parking settings. Simply navigate to the features menu and toggle the Check-in option to activate this feature for your team.
