Rules can be tailored separately for parking and desks, providing flexibility and control.
For example, an administrator can set rules that allow team members to reserve desks in their office immediately, while restricting reservations for open space areas until 24 hours before the start time. This ensures that key areas are always available to those who need them most, while still maintaining fair access for everyone.
